AUSTIN, TEXAS (February 10, 2017) – ScoreMore Shows is excited to announce the addition of two music acts to the full music lineup for the fifth annual JMBLYA, which is set to return to Texas this May. Additionally, JMBLYA is proud to unveil locations for the upcoming Texas tour, including a return to Fair Park in Dallas on Friday, May 5 and a new Austin location at Circuit of The Americas on Saturday, May 6. GA and VIP tickets are on sale now at

JMBLYA will once again offer attendees of all ages a stacked lineup of highly curated music performers, blending together some of today’s biggest national acts with exciting up-and-comers. Recent additions to the lineup include Atlanta-based rapper Gucci Mane, who continues to perform for fans across the globe in support of his recent smash single in collaboration with Rae Sremmurd, “Black Beatles,” which earned him his first number-one single on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. JMBLYA will also welcome to Texas one of the most popular rap groups in the country, Migos, whose sophomore album, Culture, currently tops the Billboard 200 and is boosted in large part by the smash hit “Bad and Boujee.”

The 2017 headliner will be Chance the Rapper, who has been nominated for three 2017 Grammy Awards, including Best Rap Album, following the success of last year’s highly applauded mixtape, Coloring Book. Acclaimed DJ/producer and founder of Dim Mak Records Steve Aoki is also set to bring the party to Texas all weekend long, along with one of today’s most exciting breakout hip-hop artists, Lil Uzi Vert, whose recent collaboration on Migo’s hit single “Bad and Boujee” resulted in his first number one single this January on the US Billboard Hot 100. Also performing are R&B singer 6LACK, who was named last November to Rolling Stone’s monthly list of “10 New Artists You Need to Know,” and beloved Memphis-based rapper Young Dolph. Additional artists include DFW’s own Snow Tha Product, Atlanta-based hip-hop artist YFN Lucci, and the multi-talented rapper/singer/songwriter/producer Pell.

The fifth annual JMBLYA is set to officially kick off in Dallas on May 5 with a return to the Coliseum Parking Lot at Fair Park, which last year hosted JMBLYA’s biggest single-day crowd to date, a sold-out crowd of 17,000 fans. Fair Park is a National Historic Landmark centrally located near downtown Dallas and hosts over 1,000 events a year.

The two-day festival rolls into Austin on May 6 at a brand new location, Circuit of The Americas (COTA). The award-winning facility will host the Austin leg of the JMBLYA tour at Lakeside Lot C, offering spacious access onsite for attendees of all ages, as well as free parking. COTA is a 1,500-acre, world-renowned multi-purpose entertainment destination, home to the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix and many other prestigious sporting events. Additionally, COTA has hosted some of the world’s top performers, including Taylor Swift, Elton John, Nicki Minaj, Metallica, Usher, The Roots, and more.

“It’s surreal to think that this festival started inside of established venues [Southside Ballroom in Dallas and Austin Music Hall in Austin] and now requires sites with room to grow. In Dallas, we have a great partner in Fair Park who has not only supported our event but has continued to put the fan experience and safety at the forefront of the conversation,” said Sascha Stone Guttfreund, Founder & President of ScoreMore Shows. “After selling out 10,000 tickets two weeks in advance last year at the Austin American-Statesman near downtown, we had to figure out what site would be the most ideal to host JMBLYA in Austin for the future. COTA makes sense for a number of reasons, including allowing us the freedom to expand our footprint as the demand dictates. To me, COTA isn’t solely a venue for us to grow in, they are also a great partner for us to grow with. They value the importance of producing great events as well as protecting the experience and the safety of the people who choose to attend. Overall, we’re just honored that people want to spend their hard-earned dollars and their own time with us at our events. We’re grateful for the opportunities that hip-hop fans have made possible, and are excited to continue to grow the JMBLYA event together with the people.”
