CEO & Founder of the celebrity favorite vegan burger chain Slutty Vegan Pinky Cole has just announced her one-of-a-kind “Pinky Cole Experience Tour” promoted by Live Nation Urban and will feature celebrities, executive chefs, Slutty Vegan food trucks serving mouthwatering dishes from her upcoming recipe book “Eat Plants, B*tch,” (released November 15th) an exclusive book signing with Pinky Cole, DJ’s, special surprise guests in each city and much more.  Pinky also just debuted her first New York City in Brooklyn on September 18th. The NYC expansion is a homecoming of sorts for Pinky: her first-ever restaurant Pinky’s Jamaican & American Restaurant was located in Harlem and closed in 2016 after a fire.

 In addition to hew crave-worthy food, Pinky has become popular across America for her empowerment of the Black community in discussions around veganism and for charitable work focused on bringing economic opportunities to communities of color. She recently graced the cover of Essence Magazine and was featured with her baby for the first time in People Magazine.

 Pinky is the working-mom visionary behind Slutty Vegan known for changing the world with her vegan comfort food, philanthropy & activism as profiled on CNN, Bon Appetite, Forbes, National NBC News, Tamron Hall, Essence & more. Pinky also purchased a car and life insurance for the family of Rayshard Brooks, who was slain by police outside an Atlanta fast-food restaurant. She is the founder of the Pinky Cole Foundation, which provides a roadmap for black economic progress achieved by creatively leveraging economic opportunities, successful risk-taking, and innovation.
