Fabrizio talked to the honorees at The Texas Film Hall of Fame, including Carol Burnett, Richard Linklater, Chandra Wilson, Jessie Plemons, Michael Barker. Richard Linklater and the stars of “Everybody Wants some” Glen Powell, Wyatt Russell (Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russel’s son), and Tyler Hoechlin were there as was Kendra Scott the Jewelry Designer. Glen Powell recognizes Fabrizio as the first photographer to ever take his headshots, and Carol Burnett is asked on a date. Fun times.

Carol Burnett, an award-winning actress and best-selling author, is widely known for her work on Broadway, film, and television most notably The Carol Burnett Show. Named in 2007 by TIME magazine as one of the “100 Best Television Shows of All Time,” The Carol Burnett Show ran for 11 years, averaged 30 million viewers per week, and received 25 Emmy Awards, making it one of the most celebrated television programs ever. Ms. Burnett has been honored with Emmys, Golden Globes, People’s Choice Awards, the Horatio Alger Award, an Ace Award, and the Peabody. She has also received the Kennedy Center Mark Twain Prize for Humor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom, was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame, and has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. A standout in her early performances on The Jack Paar Show, The Ed Sullivan Show and The Gary Moore Show, CBS noticed Burnett’s talent and signed her to a ten-year contract. The Carol Burnett Show premiered on CBS in 1967 and became an instant hit. The show’s talented ensemble included Harvey Korman, Tim Conway, Vicki Lawrence, and Lyle Waggoner, and featured notable guest stars like Lucille Ball, Rita Hayworth, Jimmy Stewart, Ronald Reagan, Betty White, Cher, Jim Nabors and Rock Hudson. Her portrayal of “Starlet” O’Hara in “Went With The Wind,” a parody of GONE WITH THE WIND, is always counted among the greatest moments in television history. Additionally, Burnett has starred in many films including John Huston’s ANNIE, Peter Boganovich’s NOISES OFF, Robert Altman’s A WEDDING, and Alan Alda’s FOUR SEASONS. She has penned three New York Times bestsellers and guest starred on several television series, including Glee, Hot in Cleveland, Hawaii 5-0 and Law and Order: SVU.

Chandra Wilson, actor, director, producer and Houston native who this year will be completing her 12th season as Dr. Miranda Bailey on the Golden Globe, Screen Actors Guild and AFI Award winning series ABCs Grey’s Anatomy, will be inducted into the Texas Film Hall of Fame. Chandra has individually been recognized with awards from the Screen Actors Guild, People’s Choice, Prism and NAACP Image, and has received five Emmy award nominations. In 2010, Chandra began directing for television, and has directed 14 episodes of Grey’s Anatomy thus far, as well as episodes of Scandal and The Fosters. Early in her career, Wilson had supporting roles in Jonathan Demme’s PHILADELPHIA, Geoffrey Sax’s FRANKIE AND ALICE, and John Sayles’ LONE STAR which was shot in Texas and is celebrating it’s 20th year in release. She has had starring roles in 4 Broadway shows, and many successes on the small screen, such as guest starring roles on The Sopranos, Law & Order, The Cosby Show, Queens Supreme and One Life To Live, among others. Also, she received a Prism Award and Emmy nomination for her role in Hallmark Channel’s ACCIDENTAL FRIENDSHIP.
