Movie Minute Review by Paul Salfen

This is Paul Salfen with your KLAK Movie Minute. In theaters this weekend is one that will be an absolute nightmare for people with a fear of heights. It’s called Fall and as you can imagine, it takes place at a great height with plenty of peril. Starring Grace Fulton and Virginia Gardner, two young women that are no strangers to horror with credits in the Annabelle and Halloween franchises respectively bring us a more real life terror as climbers stuck at the top of an abandoned 2000 foot radio tower. Of course they’re seasoned but decide to do this feat as a healing mechanism after a personal tragedy, yet this doesn’t seem to help matters. It’s one of those “anything that can go wrong will go wrong” kind of flicks where every last attempt to make their situation better essentially fails as well as an unexpected additional strain in their relationship that doesn’t help matters. While it will be available on the small screen this is one to be seen on the big screen as it finds you peeking through your hands and feeling like you’re actually there. But don’t say we didn’t warn you – it’s a doozy. That’s it for this week. Join me next week and every week for another Movie Minute right here on 97.5 KLAK and AMFM Magazine.
