But in this tough neighborhood, real dangers threaten daily to squelch dreams, and the simplest decisions can have life or death consequences.”

Curtiss Cook plays Douda,  a successful businessman and mayoral candidate by day, stealth leader of a brutal local gang by night. He knows how to shake the right hands and smile for the camera, but his motives are purely selfish and he is ruthless in his pursuit of them.
