Dallas has just become the ultimate playground for Netflix fans. On December 11, 2025, Netflix House officially opened its doors at Galleria Dallas, marking the second permanent location of this groundbreaking entertainment venue after the debut in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, last month.
Spanning over 100,000 square feet, Netflix House is a free-to-enter, ever-evolving space where visitors can immerse themselves in beloved Netflix worlds through interactive experiences, themed dining, retail, and more. As Netflix’s Chief Marketing Officer Marian Lee put it: “Dallas is the perfect place for Netflix House. Everything is bigger in Texas, and that includes its fandom. We are thrilled to bring our stories to life in this neighborhood and become part of the community as the local place for in-person entertainment.”
In an exclusive interview just ahead of the grand opening, I sat down with Greg Lombardo, Netflix’s VP of Experiences, to discuss what makes this Dallas location so special.
“For decades fans have been welcoming us into their homes,” Lombardo shared, “and we thought it’s about time we welcome them into ours. Netflix House is a chance to bring all those titles that you love to life in a new way through immersive experiences, food and beverage, and retail.”
Highlighting the Dallas offerings, Lombardo pointed to the standout experiences: Stranger Things: Escape the Dark, where guests equipped with headsets and flashlights embark on a thrilling search-and-rescue mission in the ruins of Hawkins, and Squid Game: Survive the Trials, a competition-driven challenge featuring five games (including a new one from Season 3) where strategy, teamwork—and maybe a little betrayal—determine who advances.
Unique to Dallas is Netflix RePLAY, a reimagined arcade packed with physical challenges and games inspired by titles like Sakamoto Days, One Piece, KPop Demon Hunters, Bridgerton, and more. “Sakamoto Days might be coming really close [as a favorite],” Lombardo said with a smile. “It’s such a fun game for families, friends, dates—you get moving, and it’s a heck of a lot of fun.”
No visit is complete without a stop at Netflix Bites, the on-site restaurant serving dishes inspired by Netflix shows. Lombardo raved about the Grand Line fish sandwich from One Piece, but the surprise hit? The dill pickle pizza from Chef’s Table Pizza. “Everyone can try that in Dallas,” he recommended. “It’s one of my favorites.”
What sets Netflix House apart is its commitment to freshness. “It’ll always continue to be fresh,” Lombardo explained. Experiences, menus, games, and retail will rotate based on what’s buzzing on Netflix, ensuring something new with every visit. The Dallas location even features exclusive merchandise and stunning large-scale murals by local artist Jeremy Biggers, showcasing creative Netflix character mashups.
Building Netflix House Dallas created jobs for over 270 local tradespeople during construction and nearly 300 permanent positions. It’s another milestone in Netflix’s immersive journey, following over 40 unique experiences worldwide that have delighted more than 10 million fans.
When asked about his “Hail Mary” moment—referencing the 50th anniversary of Drew Pearson’s iconic catch—Lombardo didn’t hesitate: “I think you’re sitting in it right now.” With the excitement building, he added, “I hope all of us on Netflix are just getting close to that feeling when we welcome those first fans.”
As Lombardo puts it, the focus is always on the fan: delivering unexpected, authentic experiences rooted in great stories. Whether you have 30 minutes or three hours, Netflix House Dallas invites you to step inside, play the hero, and discover something new.
Come back often—because just like Netflix, the story is always evolving.
