Discovering the World of Jesus: Ancient Treasures from the Holy Land is coming to Pullman Yards in Atlanta starting December 3, 2024 for a limited time! This is the first stop on a nationwide US tour where hundreds of authentic ancient artifacts and modern science unite to bring the New Testament to life like never before. History, faith and inspiration come alive in this unforgettable interactive experience for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Step into Discovering the World of Jesus: Ancient Treasures from the Holy Land and be transported 2,000 years back to the heart of the New Testament. This transformational experience combines archaeology and technology, unveiling 350 genuine artifacts from Jesus’ time—including the renowned James Ossuary, attributed to Jesus’ brother, and the Zacharias ossuary. Explore the lives of those who walked with Christ, heard His teachings, and witnessed His miracles, all brought to life through cutting-edge displays that bridge past and present like never before.

The collection, known as the Golan collection, is the most important and renowned privately owned collection of biblical artifacts in Israel. Oded Golan, an Israeli entrepreneur, an industrial and management engineer and a life-long antiquities collector, has spent several decades amassing this important collection.

Oded Golan is an Israeli entrepreneur, a graduate of the Technion Institute in Haifa, Israel, an industrial and management engineer and a life-long antiquities collector. Mr. Golan is a descendant to a family of European Zionist pioneers who immigrated to Israel (then Palestine) in the early 20th century, and played an instrumental role in the foundation of the fledgling State of Israel.

Oded’s interest in archaeology emerged at the tender age of nine, when, on a family visit to Tel Hatzor (the site of a major Canaanite city) in northern Israel, he found what was identified as the earliest known dictionary in the world written in the ancient Sumerian and Accadian languages. Since the age of 16 he has traveled extensively throughout the Land of Israel, the sites of ancient biblical kingdoms, forging ties with locals and licensed antiquities dealers.

Oded ventured into several successful businesses in tourism and aviation that afforded him means to pursue his passion for archaeology. His antiquities collection was acquired over several decades, purchased primarily from licensed antiquities dealers in Israel. Many of these artifacts had been found during construction activities adjacent to the sites of ancient biblical settlements. The Golan Collection is the most important privately owned collection of biblical archaeology in Israel.

Today, the Golan Collection contains over 4,000 items from biblical times, including several of the most important archaeological items ever discovered in Israel, which represent the rich and diverse cultures of the peoples that existed in the region over an 8,000-year period.
