    Interview by Paul Salfen

David Henry talks about his role as the young Ronald Reagan (age 18-29) in the film REAGAN, the 40th President of the United States and one of the most prominent conservative figures in American history. From dusty small-town roots, to the glitter of Hollywood, and then on to commanding the world stage, REAGAN is a cinematic journey of overcoming the odds. Told through the voice of Viktor Petrovich, a former KGB agent whose life becomes inextricably linked with Ronald Reagan’s when Reagan first catches the Soviets’ attention as an actor in Hollywood, this film offers a perspective as unique as it is captivating. Dennis Quaid brings to life a story that transcends the boundaries of a traditional biopic, offering a profound exploration of the enduring impact of the power of one man who overcame the odds, sustained by the love of a woman who supported him in his journey.

David Henrie also talks about his upcoming film MONSTER SUMMER, in which he directs Mel Gibson as retired police detective who teams up with a group of friends  to embark on a monstrous adventure to save their island

David Henrie (born David Clayton Henrie on July 11, 1989 in Mission Viejo, California) is an American actor, writer and director. David grew up in Phoenix Arizona, and was bit by the acting bug at an early age. By the time he was 13-years-old, he had already gotten his first big break. He was cast as the role of Petey Pitt on the Fox sitcom, The Pitts. He scored the role of Larry on That’s So Raven in 2004. In 2007, he was cast as Justin Russo on the Disney Channel Original Series, Wizards of Waverly Place. David stayed with the series up until its finale, even writing two episodes. He appeared in the show’s first movie, but didn’t return for The Wizards Return: Alex vs. Alex. After Wizards, David landed roles in movies Grown Ups 2, Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 and Walt Before Mickey. David Henrie has appeared in almost every episode of How I Met Your Mother, as stock footage of him as a young Ted Mosley was used at the start of each show.
