Following an electrifying summer packed with debut performances at major U.S. PRIDE events, a landmark slot at Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and a high-energy set at Ushuaïa in Ibiza, GRAMMY-nominated singer/songwriter HAYLA is gearing up for her highly anticipated return to North America. The electronic music powerhouse has just unveiled a 12-date headlining tour this fall, promising fans an intimate and mesmerizing solo show experience.

Pre-sale tickets are available now at https://linktr.ee/hayla_tour. The trek kicks off November 14 in San Diego and will hit new cities for HAYLA including Albuquerque, Tucson, Orlando, Tampa, Dallas, and Chicago. She’ll make a triumphant return to Los Angeles for a special night at the El Rey Theatre before wrapping up December 13 in Vancouver. Full tour dates are listed below.

In an exclusive chat with AMFM Magazine from her current base in Liverpool, UK, HAYLA shared her excitement about hitting the road again. “I’m so excited to get out on tour again this Fall!” she exclaimed. “I’m also extremely excited to visit and perform in some new cities across North America! I can’t wait to meet everybody and sing and dance together. Singing has always made me feel at home wherever I am in the world. I hope and wish everyone feels at home at my shows too.”

The tour supports her latest single “In My Arms” with GRAMMY-nominated dance producer and songwriter ILLENIUM. The track pulses with raw emotion, building from an irresistible beat back to ILLENIUM’s electronic roots, while HAYLA’s soaring vocals push it to euphoric heights. Billboard praised how “each artist dials up their respective talents to 11, with the song fusing Illenium’s soaring, anthemic future bass with HAYLA’s power-lunged, chest thumping vocals,” and EDM.com noted it “captures the rare moment when the right voice and the right production collide at just the right time.”

HAYLA’s voice has become one of the most recognizable in electronic music, powering global smashes like John Summit’s “Where You Are” (#2 most played at Tomorrowland this year) and “Shiver,” deadmau5 and Kaskade’s Top 40 hit “Escape” from their GRAMMY-nominated Kx5 project, KYGO’s “Without You” on his current album, and Meduza’s #1 dance radio single “Another World.” Her solo work shines on debut album DUSK (Restless Minds/Believe UK), featuring tracks like “Embers,” “Fall Again,” “Visions Of You,” and “Freefall.” With over 7.3 million monthly Spotify listeners and her Gold-certified “Where You Are” surpassing 240 million streams, HAYLA ranked as Beatport’s #3 Top Selling Artist of 2024 in Dance/Pop.

During our conversation, HAYLA opened up about her journey from a shy kid singing Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey covers in her room to topping charts. “I was always extremely shy… I was a late bloomer with my confidence,” she admitted. Her first solo single dropped in 2020 after years in bands and ghost vocals. A pivotal “Hail Mary” moment came via UK artist Example, who pulled her into key sessions after hearing her demo work. “It was a butterfly effect,” she said, leading to breakthroughs like “Escape” in 2022.

Advice for aspiring artists? “We’re all an individual… Just perseverance and that little bubble of self-belief. Keep it lit.” HAYLA draws inspiration from real life—grief, breakups, and human connection—aiming to make listeners feel less alone. “I try and write as authentically as possible… If I feel proud of something because it feels authentic, that’s good for me.”

Fans can expect a set blending beloved collabs, DUSK highlights, and previews from her upcoming body of work. She’s thrilled for Dallas at The Studio at The Factory (“I’m so very excited”) and revisiting L.A.’s The Roxy, site of her first solo show last December. New cities mean exploration time, too.

A dream collab just came true with Nelly Furtado on her upcoming single, out this week—a lockdown-written track HAYLA pitched boldly. “If you don’t ask, you don’t get… Feel the fear and do it anyway.” Future wishes? Bonobo, Chris Lake, and more crossover magic as drum and bass surges stateside.

HAYLA’s fall shows promise good energy, singing, dancing, and that signature voice lighting up the night. As she put it, “It’s going to be a good party.” Don’t miss out—grab tickets and get ready to feel at home.

By Paul Salfen There’s a moment in every great interview when the jet-lag fades and the real conversation begins.
