Creed’s recent performance in Dallas, Texas at the well established Dos Equis Pavillion was a resounding success, reaffirming their status as one of the most influential rock bands of their generation. The band’s energetic stage presence and engagement, coupled with powerful vocals and impeccable production, created an unforgettable experience for their fans.

Stapp’s vocal performance was striking, showcasing his ability to still convey raw emotion and vulnerability through his singing. His stage presence was dynamic, as he moved effortlessly between the risers, engaging with the crowd on a personal level. The band’s musicianship was on full display, with each member contributing to the overall sound and energy of the performance. They’ve still got it.

The production was to the point with great attention to detail, allowing the music to take center stage and the audience to be submerged in the grit and simplicity of 1999. Audience members’ eyes were drawn to the band members and enhanced by the lighting, soft smoke, sharp contrasting images in the background. The monitors and pyrotechnics provided effects complementary to each band member. The sound quality was flawless, thanks to the sound engineers and crew. Tremonti, Phillips, Marshall, and Friedman made the performance look effortless and were able to throw themselves into the moment with each note. The use of risers on the stage was a thoughtful touch that ensured that everyone in the crowd had a great view of the artists we came to see.

A favorite part of the show was when the crowd continued to chant the chorus to “What If,” as Scott Stapp brought Scott Phillips, their drummer, forward to join in on the chant and feel the weight of those words that tore at our hearts and filled our minds so many years ago. It evoked a feeling like you were meant to be there in that moment at that time with those that understand you. It was Powerful.

Overall, Creed’s SOLD OUT performance in Dallas was a triumph, proving their music remains as relevant and compelling as ever. The band’s ability to connect with their audience, both musically and emotionally, made for a truly unforgettable experience.

We highly recommend catching them on the, “Summer of ‘99” Tour, of which most of the remaining shows are sold out. But if you miss them this time, they will make another round starting November 2nd through December 5th for their headlining, “Are you Ready?” Tour, once again with the beloved 3 Doors Down, Mammoth WVH, and Finger 11. Get tickets now because a lot of us are going back as we are still reeling from the excitement of an extraordinary performance that left us ready for more.
